It will be governed by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, as well as other civil or commercial regulations applicable.


The company/entity reserves the right to modify the contracting conditions for justified reasons related to economic, commercial, regulatory, or extraordinary circumstances. The modifications will not affect previous contracts.


The company/entity will not be responsible for problems arising from access or problems inherent to Internet connectivity or electrical networks, provided that they are causes beyond its control or considered as fortuitous events or force majeure.
