The agreed delivery times will be extended for at least the period of time during which the situation of force majeure existed. Likewise, the website www.attractioncatamarans.com including, but not limited to, programming, editing, compilation, designs, logos, text and / or graphics, is the property of MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. , and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law. By making a reservation and contracting services, the User becomes bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, which define the rights and obligations of MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. and the User regarding the contracting of offshore experience services.
These are the only General Terms and Conditions of Contracting applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to any specific conditions that may exist for certain services) and for contracting services, and they replace any other conditions unless previously agreed upon in writing between MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. and the User.

The dates and times of the experiences published on the Website are predefined and cannot be modified.
The only exception to modifying the date and time of an experience is if the User books a private service. To make a private reservation, please contact MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. through the contact form or via email at info@attractioncatamarans.com.
Users may modify their reservation details as long as the conditions of the experience allow it. To request a modification, the User must contact us via the contact form or by sending an email to info@attractioncatamarans.com.
The minimum advance booking time varies depending on the experience. This can be seen on each activity’s page on the Website. MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. informs you that it is not possible to book an experience with less advance notice than indicated for that activity.
The meeting point, date, time, duration, and all necessary information required to enjoy the booked experience are detailed in the service description page on the Website, as well as in the confirmation email sent by MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. once the reservation has been made.
The confirmation email, in addition to providing all the information about the booked service, serves as the booking voucher.
It is essential that Users are punctual and arrive at the meeting point on the indicated date and time stated on the voucher, as all excursions, activities, and catering services are programmed for a specific time and cannot be rescheduled.
The duration of activities, excursions, and guided visits published on the Website is approximate and may vary slightly depending on the development of the service, due to factors such as weather conditions, navigation issues, strikes, etc.
MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. informs you that you may be asked to present the voucher proving the reservation before the start of the activity, either in paper or digital format. If the User does not present the voucher, they will not be able to take part in the experience.
To confirm a reservation, 50% of the total transport invoice must be paid. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before boarding.
The total amount for catering and beverage services must also be paid no later than 15 days before the boarding date.
FULL EXTENSION for Attraction: It can be extended from 16:00–17:00 until 20:30, with an extra charge of €2,000 in April, May, and October, and €3,000 in June, July, August, and September.
FULL EXTENSION for Inspiration: It can be extended from 16:00–17:00 until 20:30, with an extra charge of €1,500 in April, May, and October, and €2,000 in June, July, August, and September.
If the trip is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions determined by the boat captain, MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. will refund the full transport invoice amount. However, catering services already reserved may be served at an alternative location provided by the client.
You may browse the website until you find the reservation form. Once located, follow these steps to complete your booking:
• Select the experience.
• Select the date and time, if applicable.
• Complete the required information.
• Make the online payment.
The contracting of the services of MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. shall be considered formalized once Users have completed and accepted the booking form for the activity and it has been confirmed, after the booking process and the corresponding payment have been successfully completed.
Prices are those indicated by MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. at the time the User selects the experience.
All services are confirmed immediately and are paid at the time of booking through:

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include taxes. The total amount will be shown upon final confirmation of the service.
In general, MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. does not apply discounts unless specified for the particular excursion, activity, rental, course, and/or workshop.
After the reservation is completed, Users will receive a confirmation email, which includes proof of payment and an acknowledgement of the services purchased. This receipt does not constitute the official invoice. Users may request the invoice, either in paper or electronic format, after completing their reservation by emailing info@attractioncatamarans.com.
In case of any unauthorized or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchase through https://attractioncatamarans.com, Users must notify us as soon as possible so we can take appropriate measures.
According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act and complementary laws, each service offered by MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. on the Website has its own cancellation policy.

Without prejudice to obligations under the law and as an illustrative, non-limiting example, MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. is not responsible for the following:
• Cancellations made outside the permitted deadlines by Users.
• Delays or mistakes by Users in reaching the meeting point of the booked activity.
• Cases where the User does not present the booking voucher and is denied access to the activity.
• Injuries, damages, or accidents suffered by the User during the activity, or prior conditions preventing participation.
• Weather conditions during activities.
• Activities or excursions completed regarding their points of interest even if duration varies slightly.
In all such cases, the service shall be considered duly provided.
MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting.
These modifications shall be valid from the time they are published on the Website.
All clauses of these General Terms and Conditions must be interpreted independently, ensuring that the remaining provisions remain in effect even if one is declared null by a court ruling or arbitral decision.
The affected clause will be replaced by another that preserves the intended effects of the original.
This Site is located and operated in Spain. These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation. All matters relating to this Site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without applying conflict-of-law principles.
If the User is not considered a consumer or has residence outside Spain, they submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Balearic Islands, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
If the User chooses to use this Site from outside Spain, they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
This contract enters into force and becomes fully effective at the moment the User accepts it.
This contract and the general conditions it incorporates, together with any annexes (if any), may be stored and reproduced through electronic or computer means.
The User may submit complaints or claims to MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. through the contact details provided at the beginning of these Terms (General Information).
Additionally, MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. has official complaint forms available to consumers, which may be requested at any time.
If a dispute arises between MALLORCA SAILING CATAMARANS, S.L. and the User, the User may request an out-of-court dispute resolution, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer affairs.
